What qualifications do I need?

There are a wide variety of positions held within manufacturing, some requiring specific qualifications and many that don’t. Below are a few examples of qualifications relevant to the manufacturing industry and the areas they most often apply to.

  • Mechanical Engineering Apprenticeships – Production Management and CNC Machining

  • Lean Six Sigma – Quality and Continuous Improvement

  • NEBOSH, IOSH and COSHH – Health, Safety and Environmental

  • Level 4 Diploma in International Trade – Trade, Audit and Compliance/Import and Export

What skills do I need?
