Office Administrator

The Company
A well established firm based in York City centre if looking for someone to cover a 12 month maternity contract - to start as soon as possible.
The role will be Office based with secure Covid safety in place and is full time hours.
Duties
·Speaking with clients to book air tightness and acoustic tests
·Emailing confirmations to clients.
·Keeping relevant spreadsheets updated with booking information
·Support UKAS, iATS and all other relevant accreditations
·Support organising CSCS cards and Health and Safety Equipment
·Support ordering and coordination of PPE and Testing work wear
·Support arranging calibration of all equipment according to due dates
·Ensuring legislation is adhered to and all documentation is in place
·Ensure all equipment is accounted for, labelled and maintained correctly
·Arrange invoicing in a timely manner.
·Keep testers time bank up to date weekly
·Create and maintain testing schedules for clients
·Produce acoustic test reports
·Organising hire vehicles and hotels as required
·Liaising with technical department/ testers/ sales/ admin
·Ensuring a positive and accommodating relationship with clients
·Direct decisions regarding prioritising tests etc. to testing supervisor who can escalate accordingly.

Skills/Experience
·You will need to have experience of working in a fast paced admin and customer service role
·Good knowledge of Excel
·Organised
·Have good written and verbal communication skills
