Office Sales Manager
We have a fantastic opportunity for an Office Sales Manager to join a respected manufacturing business based on the outskirts of Coventry. Working closely with the directors of the business you will have full responsibility for the customer service sales team. This is a Monday to Friday position working from 9am till 5pm.

Duties of the Office Sales Manager
·Expected to train, support and encourage good sales practices ensuring customers are happy, informed and therefore in return purchasing our extensive product range in the knowledge that what they purchase is a fit for purpose quality product that arrives in good time and is cost effective.
·Your goal will be to encourage your team and by so doing, and being hands on, you will increase sales, customer satisfaction and in turn make our whole product range known to an existing and new customer base.

Experience Required for the Office Sales Manager
·Previous experience in selling in a business to business capacity, will bring to the Company a positive can do attitude embracing the most recent avenues for getting product information out there.
·They will need to be organised, driven, conscientious and willing to work as part of a team with good leadership skills and be able to evaluate, correct and increase performance of their team.
