We have a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Co-ordinator to join a respected manufacturing business based on the outskirts of Coventry. Working closely with the Office Sales Manager you will offer support to the business in all areas of sales processing. This is a Monday to Friday position working from 9am till 5pm.
Duties of the Sales Co-ordinator
·Offering after sales support, order processing accurately and to deadlines. Keeping customers informed as to the progress of their order especially in times of delay.
·Communicating with customers via phone, e.mail and web thus enhancing their service experience. Ensuring they are put in touch with the correct department to meet their needs. Accurately able to record details of conversation, keeping system up to date with developments and concluding any matters.
·They will need to keep up to date with processes, procedures in relation to Company Policy with regard to delivery, returns, etc.,
·Keep the customers informed of the newest products, pricing and promotions, upselling products by ascertaining customer's needs and requirements.
·You will need to be able to complete tender documents and similar forms detailing to prospective customer our Company, its products and its processes/ethos.
Experience Required for the Sales Co-ordinator
·Previous sales experience
·Good verbal and written communication, excellent listening skills, able to work in a team in what can be a fast paced environment with pressure on deadlines, have attention to detail, be able to problem solve, a skilled typist and good at multi tasking.
·A people person, experience in customer service with good phone etiquette.
