Office Administrator
Hawk 3 Talent Solutions have an exciting opportunity for a customer facing Office Administrator to join a small local business based in Rayleigh, Essex. You will be responsible for providing office support across the business including customer service and administration support. This is a full-time position working 9.30 am -5.00pm.

Duties of the Office Administrator:
• Deal with all aspects of customers including front facing
• Diary Management
• Order processing
• Inbound invoicing
• Preparation of Reports
• Maintain and updating of matrix
• Maintaining Showroom and Offices
• Stationary
• Phone management
• Manage the companies social media accounts Facebook/Instagram/website
• Job costings
• Marketing

Experience required for the Office Administrator:
• Previous experience within an administration/office role is essential.
• A confident communicator with great rapport building skills
• Experience using Word and Excel Microsoft packages
• Excellent and accurate data input skills
• Being able to use your own initiative and is willing to go the extra mile

In return for your hard work:
• You will be paid an hourly rate of £9.25 per hour

• Your own transport is preferred due to the location of business in Rayleigh, Essex.
