- This role is for a 6 month contract initially. (Own transport is Required)
- Hours between 7.30am - 5.30pm, eg 7.30am - 4.30pm, 8am - 5pm etc. Flexible.
- Commutable from Selby, Goole or York
A Lovely modern company based near Selby who really look after their employees are looking for an experienced Customer Services Assistant
Working in customer service team you will be responsible for providing Customer Service and Admin support the department.
- Order processing for three Company's (including taking orders over the phone)
- Answering customer enquiries or passing them to the appropriate department
- Giving information and helping to solve customer problems
- Reception duties when required
- Checking efaxes and emails sent to public folder
- Post when required
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of processing orders
- Customer Service experience
- Well organised
