We are now seeking a 360 Consultant to join our existing Midlands team, developing relationships with clients across the Midlands. This could be permanent or interim opportunities, or both. It could be in a defined market such as HR a specific industry sector such as FMCG, or more generalist, covering all of our job families - As long as you have the drive to succeed & enjoy working in a highly-collaborative environment, we're all ears.
Working with a wide variety of Manufacturing, FMCG and Logistics firms, we have established a reputation for our knowledge base, integrity and excellent service levels. As a division, our aim is to provide full support to our client base - from HR to Production Management, our Consultants have extensive experience and work collaboratively to ensure the client receives support that exceeds expectation and builds long-lasting business relationships.
This is a 360 recruitment position that encompasses sales, search and service. Consultants are supported by Regional and National Sales Managers, as well as a talent team dedicated to support, lead generation & resourcing.
You will join an existing team, in a friendly environment. With the division covering a breadth of vacancies, we welcome applications from candidates who seek to continue in their chosen specialism or who would like to take up the challenge of embedding themselves in a new market sector. Equally those who have worked in a B2B, solution sales position.
Our standard hours of work are 8AM - 5PM, Monday to Friday and ideally this position will be based from our Wolverhampton or Burton branch for a minimum of 3 days per week, but we offer a range of flexible working options that we are happy to discuss during initial conversations.
