Since launching as part of the gap personnel group in early 2016 gap professional has gone from strength to strength, building a network of Consultants across the country, who service permanent and interim recruitment needs nationwide.
We are now seeking a 360 Consultant to come on board and develop business relationships with clients across the East Midlands.
Working with a wide variety of Manufacturing, FMCG and Logistics firms, we have established a reputation for our knowledge base, integrity and excellent service levels. As a division, our aim is to provide full support to our client base, focusing on the industry they are in, rather than the type of vacancy - from HR to Production Management, our Consultants have extensive experience and work collaboratively to ensure the client receives support that exceeds expectation and builds long-lasting business relationships.
This is a 360 recruitment position that encompasses sales, search and service. Consultants are supported by Regional and National Sales Managers, as well as a talent team dedicated to marketing support, lead generation & resourcing.
You will join an existing team, in a friendly environment. With the division covering a breadth of vacancies, we welcome applications from candidates who seek to continue in their chosen specialism or who would like to take up the challenge of embedding themselves in a new market sector. Equally those who have worked in a B2B, solution sales position.
Our hours of work are 8AM - 5PM, Monday to Friday and ideally this position will be based from our Nottingham branch, but we offer a range of flexible working options that we are happy to discuss during initial conversations.
