Overview:
Our client is a leading creative agency, looking for a Account Manager to join their team. Working alongside the Account Director to lead the activity of B2B and B2C global clients. Handling multiple accounts at once, to develop client marketing plans, pulling together inspiring creative briefs and building strong relationships with clients to unlock opportunities.

Duties & Responsibilities of the Account Manager:

  • Execute branding and design projects, from initial enquiry through to launch, across multiple disciplines.
  • Work directly with a creative studio from briefing, to reviewing and critiquing work.
  • Commercial acumen, with the ability to spot and sell-in opportunities.
  • Acting as a client lead, earning the trust of internal and external stakeholders to deliver day-to-day work, as well as providing proactive counsel on new approaches and ideas that will help meet our clients’ broader objectives.
  • B2C and B2B client experience.
  • Strategic creative thinking.
  • Understanding the importance of business forecasting and targets.
  • A desire to share previous expertise and experience to enhance the work of the team.
  • A true team player who’s not afraid to get involved and work collaboratively.
  • Keen to carve out a distinctive role and use your own initiative to get results.

Experience, attributes & skills sought:

  • 3- 5 years’ creative agency experience
  • Proven track record of prioritizing workload and servicing multiple clients
  • Global brand experience preferred but not essential
  • Great proofreading skills
  • A creative problem solver
