Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join our client based in York City Centre. This would suit someone who is just starting out in the accounts field or a strong administrator with some basic Accounts dept support experience.
The role of the Accounts Assistant is to provide support to the accounts office to enable them to operate efficiently.
- Issue Cheques
- Daily Banking
- Checking of bills
- Inputting financial transactions
- Filing and Archiving
- Accounts reporting at the end of each day
- Taking card payments
- Help with any account enquiries
- Good communication skills
- A general interest in finance/accounts
- A good understanding of Word and Excel desirable but not essential
- Be organised and comfortable working to deadlines
