The role of Sales and Logistics Coordinator is to promote the company in a positive manner, take incoming customer orders and arrange the deliveries of goods. It is also to assist with the generation of new sales, and maintenance of the business with current customers. 

Responsibilities

  • Process incoming orders
  • Liaise with suppliers for orders and forecasts
  • Liaise with customers for deliveries and forecasts
  • Arrange transport of goods
  • Produce delivery notes
  • Handle new incoming enquiries via telephone, email and website (when required)
  • Provide customer quotations (when required)
  • Maintain customer and supplier files
  • Assist the external and internal sales personnel (samples pricing etc)

Person/Experience

  • Must have some office admin experience
  • Good communication skills particulary over the telephone
  • Willing to learn and develop you skills
