Job: Temporary (Approx 6 months)
Hours: Monday to Friday 7am to 4pm, Saturday 6am to 11am (Overtime Rates)
- Answer incoming phones calls and deal with relevant queries from customers and external sales team
- Processing of orders
- Support external sales team on administrative tasks
- Liaise with Transport Manager and support where required.
- Providing Excellent Customer Service
- All other Administrative duties
- Clear communication with excellent customer service
- Ability to use Microsoft office
- Experience of working in a fast moving and busy office
- Administration experience
- Knowledge of CRM or a similar system would be useful but not essential
