Overview:

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Brand & Communications Manager to work alongside the Head of Marketing and implement to guide and implement the brand strategy. The company work with a range of B2B and B2C clients to offer their service. This is an exciting opportunity to prepare for an ambitious growth stage.

Duties & Responsibilities of the Brand & Communications Manager:

  • Management of CRM (including email channel) and organic social media
  • Management and development of their team to deliver the plan and achieve the objectives.
  • Supporting on strategy & brand development, execution of the strategy, creation of brand tools and ensuring brand consistency across channels.
  • Working fast paced to plan seasonal communications & content.
  • ATL advertising & offline media planning and campaign creation.
  • Maintain relationships with brand partnerships and spot sponsorship opportunities.
  • Supporting on customer and market insight.
  • Working with external agencies to make the brand strategy seamless and streamlined.
  • Tracking of KPI’s including campaign measurement and brand metrics.
  • Budget management.

Experience, attributes & skills sought:

  • Previous experience in a similar role with a proven track record in brand & communications.
  • Ability to work well with in a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and consistently evolving environment, managing multiple projects.
  • Team management experience.
  • Experience communication with Agency and outsourced work.
  • Pro-active, can-do attitude
