Salary: up to £35,000 DOE
Job type: Permanent, Full Time
Hours of work: 0900am -1700pm Monday to Friday (37 hours) Early Finish on Fridays
Summary:
Our client based in Swindon are currently recruiting for a Business Administrator Manager to join their expanding team on a full time, permanent basis. This is a hands on role, which will also require the individual to perform business administration duties. It will also require a close working relationship with local partners, to ensure the delivery of both local and central administration support

Specific Duties and Responsibilities.
Management of the business administration teams in each of the offices, including:
ensuring appropriate allocation of work (balancing local vs central inbox)
actioning work within the inbox yourself
helping the team out also during busy periods
reviewing teams work on an adhoc basis
Undertaking training and providing training to the team thereafter
Recruitment and selection of new team members
Setting objectives, undertaking appraisals
managing team development, identifying training needs as appropriate
managing team performance
dealing with day-to-day queries
ensuring the team is engaged with the vision and overall business objectives
Coaching and guiding team members as required
Ensuring that all support processes are delivering the highest level of efficiency together with high attention to detail and working with managers to ensure that as much admin / support work as possible is completed within the support team
Supporting the team in:
the production of production of a range of documents including letters, reports, schedules, mailings, billing, and prioritising the requirements to meet the agreed deadlines.
updating practice management data
management of the courier
timely scanning of post, working papers, documents
Review and design appropriate ways of working and processes, ensuring training and appropriate communication across the practice.
Ensuring controls in place to manage client records within each office
