Overview:
On behalf of our client we are looking for a Case Management Developer. The right person will have experience in Microsoft SQL and using a case management system and be trained to work with Liberate by Linetime. This is an important role to work amongst a team of trusted Liberate specialists to play an important part in the technical support our client offers to their internal team and external customers.

Duties & Responsibilities of the Case Management Developer:

  • Developing, testing, and deploying key data integration solutions
  • Designing, developing, and supporting new and current Liberate processes, improving productivity and security
  • Reviewing, analysing, modifying and creating Liberate-related change requests
  • Reviewing and improving procedures relating to Adare integration and letter generation
  • Liaising with third parties, such as Adare, to work on supporting and developing integrations
  • Collaborating with business-wide stakeholders, such as IT and Business Change, to facilitate Liberate architecture development and utilisation
  • Providing assistance with special projects that require Liberate development

Requirements of the Case Management Developer:

  • Familiarity with a Case Management System
  • Experience of requirements gathering for new business process and IT developments
  • A sound knowledge of SQL 2012, 2014 or 2016
  • A sound working knowledge of analysing new client requirements
  • Knowledge of enterprise repository tools would be advantageous.
  • Knowledge of data modelling, mapping and profiling tools would be advantageous.
  • Experience of building and deploying front-end Case Management System developments would be advantageous.
