Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are working with an exceptional Legal500 recommended regional firm in Coventry with deep roots in the community throughout the West Midlands. They are a personal-service law firm, and they focus on sectors such as Conveyancing, Wills & Trusts, Family (private and public), Criminal and Motor offences.
They are traditional in nature but are very technology focused and have dealt with work issues over the last two years with the introduction of hybrid and flexible working.
They also focus on nurturing home-grown talent and often promote within the team if possible.
The firm has been successfully running for 40+ years in the local area and now have 5 office locations with home to nearly 100 members of staff.
Hawk 3 Talent are working with this Legal 500 recommend law firm to secure a Family/Child Public Law Solicitor/Chartered Legal Executive with at least 2+ PQE.
This position has come about due to growth and they are able to facilitate the new addition from Coventry, Leamington Spa or Stratford-upon-Avon. There is a full caseload of children and care work to get started on, but the role comes with an element of business development which the firm appreciates they need to capitalise on.
The perfect candidate will ideally be a Member of Resolution or working towards membership. One of the Associates in the team is at the latter stages of their panel application and having the knowledge of the process will be significantly valuable to future members of the team’s applications.

The ideal candidate will be.
- 2-3+ PQE Care Department Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
- Be an accredited member of the Law Society’s Children’s Panel
- Familiar with clients at court with counsel
- Can manage a full caseload
