Incredible opportunity for a Real Estate/Commercial Property or Conveyancing Paralegal to work for one of the best firms in Gloucestershire. The firm are very well known in Gloucester and the Cotswolds due to several successful mergers throughout the years. They have developed into a firm which its clients can trust and have a great network of connections throughout the region.
The Real Estate department deals with complex and large-scale development issues in the local area from their offices in Stroud and Gloucester.
This regional & traditional firm are now looking to strengthen their Commercial Property department with the addition of a Commercial Property Paralegal.
The team focus on the full spectrum of Commercial Property such as commercial agreements including technically demanding documents, Landlord and tenant law, rural land, buying property at auction and disputes.
The team is very strong, and they have a modern, collaborative environment which entrusts their employees to work with little supervision. Their open office and open-door policy mean that Paralegals can ask Solicitors, Associates, and the Head of Property for advice whenever they need. The firm asks for hard work, loyalty and excellent communication and client care skills in return.
This role will give the successful candidates experience in fee earning and time recording.
Candidates with previous experience in Property Law as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant are strongly encouraged to apply. Candidates with Conveyancing experience will also be considered.
