We are currently working with a very well established, forward thinking & modern regional firm who have a great client base in their Real Estate division. The firm works with high quality work and supports local HNW farming clients and agricultural companies across Worcestershire and the West Midlands.
The environment is friendly and supportive, and the firm often promotes internally from junior level right the way up to Partnership. They are searching for future leaders for the firm and this vacancy comes with excellent support from Paralegals and Secretaries.
This large regional firm are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor 1+ PQE to join their busy team.
The main caseload of this role is Agricultural Property and candidates with experience in Agricultural affairs are strongly encouraged to apply. Due to how busy the department is, the firm will also look at Commercial Property Solicitors from 1-10+ PQE who want to add another notch to their bow in terms of Real Estate work and train them up on agricultural matters.
The caseload for this position consists of; advice to Estate Owners, agricultural tendencies, buying and selling agricultural property, common land and town & village greens, public rights of way and highways, rural business structures, rural disputes and more.
The purchase of agricultural property invariably involves important and complex issues over and above the purchase of non-agricultural property. Their specialist knowledge allows them to deal with more complex side of Agricultural Property such as environmental schemes, contamination issues and stewardship schemes.
