The Firm

One of the fastest growing law firms in the Midlands has gone through a period of extended growth since 2021 and is looking for 100 additions across all levels across its divisions. Offering a significant number of training contracts in their Real Estate, Residential Property and Corporate Commercial divisions this firm is consistently making the news for positive employee and client feedback.

With 7 offices (including a new Birmingham City location) and over 300 employees this firm is a strong regional presence with an exceptional Property and Family team.

The Role

Due to growth, this rapidly expanding regional firm is looking for a Real Estate Solicitor / Commercial Property Solicitor to join them.

The Real Estate team focuses on a range of commercial property matters such as;

  • Residential Development
  • Business Leases
  • Commercial Conveyancing
  • Buying and selling of businesses
  • Freeholds
  • Leases
  • Laws & Litigation

The team is led by an experienced Director who is well known in the local area for their knowledge. The plan is to build the Property team with Solicitors/Associates and Partners coming from reputable High Street background or an individual looking to make a lateral move from a regional or Top 200 practice.  

The firm views property as a vital asset to any business. The commercially minded approach allows them to see legal matters from the ‘business owners eye’ and their main aim is to ensure the commercial property clients are well looked after.

Clients include; business owners, landlords and individuals owning cafes, shops, pubs, offices and warehouses in and around the Midlands area.
