gap professional are recruiting on behalf of their well established, prestigious legal client in Leeds, for an experienced Complaints Handler.
- Investigate complaints in a timely manner.
- Assess complaints fairly and consistently.
- Update client records and complaint logs.
- Prioritise workload and work to tight deadlines.
- Monitor complaints inbox.
- Assist in preparing monthly complaints reports for clients.
- Identify the root cause of complaints and provide reports on this information.
Experience, attributes & skills sought:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a Complaints role.
- Experience in drafting complaints investigations and outcome letters.
- Qualification in English.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem solving skills.
