Leeds, Monday - Friday, office hours, up to £23,000 DOE

gap professional are recruiting on behalf of their well established, prestigious legal client in Leeds, for an experienced Complaints Handler.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate complaints in a timely manner.
  • Assess complaints fairly and consistently.
  • Update client records and complaint logs.
  • Prioritise workload and work to tight deadlines.
  • Monitor complaints inbox.
  • Assist in preparing monthly complaints reports for clients.
  • Identify the root cause of complaints and provide reports on this information.

Experience, attributes & skills sought:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a Complaints role.
  • Experience in drafting complaints investigations and outcome letters.
  • Qualification in English.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
