With plans focused on recruitment and a further 8-10 satellite offices planned throughout the UK they are looking for Partner Consultants from backgrounds in Dispute Resolution, Construction, Private Client / Private Wealth, Technology and Employment to join their rapidly growing teams.

All the firm's Partners come from Top 200, City and impressive regional firms and the mixture of expertise found is second to none.

The Firm is recruiting for a Consultant Commercial Partner to join their growing team on a remote working basis.
The Firm's commercial department is seriously impressive. They have several Partners who handle a range of matters within commercial law such as.
Collaboration agreements, confidentiality and non-disclosure, consultancy agreements, consumer rights and data protection and privacy. They also handle outsourcing, option agreements, shareholder agreements, share plans and terms and conditions.
Due to the varied background of their Partners, either from In-House or long-term career backgrounds in various Private Practise firms they have ties and clients in several different sectors of commercial law.
Additionally, the corporate department feeds a lot of work into commercial department and the employees benefit from the referral scheme (paid out at 15%).
To be considered for this vacancy you should be.
- A Commercial Partner or Consultant from any sector of commercial law.
- Experience in IP/IT or Contract Law is beneficial
- A client following is STRONGLY advised for this position.
- From a reputable City, Top 200 Firm, Chambers Ranked or strong regional background is preferred. However, some Partners are career 'in-house' Lawyers.
- Have the ability to build a network of conducts from the ground up using business development skills.
- Someone who works well in a team environment as well as individually.
- A commercially minded individual with business acumen skills

For the right Commercial Partner, you would benefit from a market leading Fee Share option of 75% of your billings rising to 80% after the desk is established and profitable.
