The Firm

Top 100 UK Law Firm is now seeking a Consultant Dispute Resolution Partner to join their team. This incredible Consultancy only firm now employs over 300 individuals across over 15 sectors of Law and have experienced incredible growth over the last few years solidifying their spot in the Top 100. They have done this through aggressive acquisition of experienced Partners from Top 50 practises and provide one of the fairest, most financially beneficial models to all its Consultants and Partners.

This law firm is incredibly ambitious and candidates who want as much freedom to work the way they want as possible, whilst also working for a firm with a fearsome reputation would find this to be an excellent opportunity.

The Role

This Top 100 Firm is now looking for a Consultant Dispute Resolution Partner 8+ PQE to join them.

For when matters cannot reach a solution the firm's Litigation and Disputes team can handle the most complex and contentious of issues.

They are recognised as having one of the highest court success rates in the UK which allows them to provide representation at the highest possible standard.

They advise on; Agency disputes, construction, defamation, directors duties, family disputes. Insurance claims, intellectual property, franchising disputes, partnerships and LLPs and taxation.

The Person

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Dispute Resolution Partner or Consultant 8+ PQE from either a Top 100 Law Firm, Magic or Silver Circle or top performing regional background and be an entrepreneurial individual with a flair for dealing with complex litigation issues.

Candidates for this department will also be considered from In-House backgrounds.

Candidates are also expected to be educated to a high level and candidates with educational backgrounds from top UK universities are beneficial.

Candidates will also need to be commercially minded and to be successful in this position you need to have a healthy client base to make up the bulk of predicted billings.
