Location: St Athan
Hours of work: 8.00am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday
The Contract Coordinator role is required to support the day to day management and overall
functionality of all services which the company are contracted to deliver.
The primary purpose of the role is to support the St Athan production facility and secondly to
interface and support the three further AML location/ contracts in SQDCPE, Safety, Quality,
Delivery, Costs, People and Environment.
The role will directly report to the St Athan site Assistant Manager in support of all key
service deliverables, control and administration. As a result of working closely with the
Assistant manager the Coordinator will have the capability to support the smooth running of
services when the Assistant Manager is not on site.
Identify areas that need attention and improvement (documentation, procedures,
Coordinate administration functions; record keeping, Policies & Procedures,
purchase logs, financial trackers, KPI reporting, management audits and general
Assist in scheduling and planning work
Manage and administer OS system data input and data dispatching
Ensure weekly service operation schedules are in line with contract
Updata client KPI dash boards
Work with the group in developing the system to meet AML contract requirements
Training and roll out of system to new members of the site team and stakeholders
Ensure absence, disciplinary, grievance and sickness procedures are completed and filed correctly
Providing guidance on development and team training
Support recruitment activity and campaigns
Support interviewing and selection process
Liaise with central HR and recruitment agencies
Working with Site management on the training and development agenda
Experience, attributes & skills sought:
Educated to A level (or equivalent)
At least three years previous experience in carrying out the tasks and within a similar role
A working knowledge of Microsoft packages
Documentation control and understanding of contract management and administration
Service industry knowledge
Experience of working in a customer facing FM or soft services environment.
Familiarity with working in a factory environment.
Managing customer and staff interfaces and queries face-to-face
