Hawk 3 Talent are working with a fantastic, regional firm in Stourbridge, West Midlands to secure a Conveyancing Paralegal to act for clients in the private sector of Residential Property. The firm is extremely well known for Conveyancing and for number of completions, were a Top 10 Conveyancing firm in the UK. Candidates genuinely interested in Conveyancing will struggle to find a better opportunity for development and progression.
The firm itself consists of around 250 staff and plans to recruit another 100+ people by the end of 2023.

The Firm are looking for a Conveyancing Paralegal to join their department and become a valued member of the team.
The Firm has multiple Conveyancing teams and there are opportunities in New Build Plot Purchases (and sales), Private Client and Residential Development.
This role can be offered on either a Junior Paralegal or Fee Earning Paralegal depending on experience of those applying.
