Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are assisting a boutique firm with specialist knowledge in Conveyancing and Private Client to find a Conveyancing Paralegal with a new vacancy in their Malvern, Worcestershire office.
As the firm does not focus on full service law, they are able to attract a great quality of Solicitor/Partner and can provide clients with specialist lawyers for their legal needs. They genuinely care about the difficulties which their clients face and usually employ local people to deal with local matters.
The firm has done great during the pandemic and has come out of the other side with new clients, new demands, and a focus on growing their property department throughout the remainder of the year.
The firm are looking for a Conveyancing Paralegal to join their office in Malvern, Worcestershire.
This role has been bought about due to growth within the Conveyancing department. As the firm recruits more Solicitors and finds Fee Earners to assist with their growing caseload, the need for Paralegals with experience in Property Law becomes needed.
You will be tasked with lots of administrative tasks such as;
- Dealing with new client enquiries to direct them to specific fee earners
- Invoicing and chasing payments
- General organisation and administration of the office
- Legal research
- Initial risk analysis
- Some fee earning (experience permitted)
This role will suit either a Conveyancing Paralegal, Paralegal with experience in any form of property or a Law Graduate with some experience in a Property department.
