CREDIT CONTROL ADMINISTRATOR

AVONMOUTH

PERMANENT: 08:15 to 17:00 Monday to Friday

Due to rapid expansion, Hawk 3 Talent are looking to recruit Customer Support Executives for their client Nisbets based in Avonmouth. Nisbets value their employees and offer an excellent training programme and progression plan with the opportunity to develop and grow within the business.

Role Purpose

To support the Credit Control function with a variety of administrative tasks

Key Accountabilities

  • Identifies and collates information necessary to open/increase limits on Customer Accounts
  • Data entry of all payments (cheques, BACS, FP, CHAPS, etc) within the credit control function
  • Maintains reporting procedure, highlights number of accounts being opened, and facilitates accounts where inactivity identifies need to close accounts
  • Ensures timely upload of information to facilitate Direct Debit procedure
  • Ensures Direct Debit Forms are received, along with terms and conditions and collation of that information
  • Responsible for timely generation and expeditions of all Finance documents

Qualifications, Skills, Experience & Technical Capabilities

  • Some experience with high level administration
  • Some experience in dealing with a high volume of accounts (up to 2000)
  • Excellent customer service skills and is able to demonstrate ability to liaise with key accounts
  • Understanding of legal debt recovery processes
  • Good level of general education (must be educated to A-level standard)
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Demonstrates ability to make good informed decisions relating to customer accounts
