The Customer Experience Team based at Head Office in Warwick is looking for focused, organised, and efficient Credit Controllers. You will manage and build working relationships with a variety of customer types ranging from domestic to retail stockists. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support in order to help reduce late payments, minimise debt and optimise cash flow into the business.

Salary: £21,000 - £24,000

Job type: Permanent, Full Time

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5.30pm (37.5 hours)

Locations: Warwick

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage high levels of inbound calls
  • Manage our customers through the entire credit control process
  • Debt collection and cash allocation
  • Reduce late payments, minimise debt and optimise cash flow into the business
  • Deal with customer queries in an efficient and friendly manner through to resolution
  • Building strong relationships with customers, salesforce and internal departments

Experience:

  • Experience of credit control and account reconciliation
  • Strong administrative experience
  • Preferably experience of dealing with various types
  • A minimum of Grace C in English and Maths at GCSE level or equivalent is required
  • IT literate with good working knowledge of Excel
  • Ability to communicate internally and externally at all levels
  • Ability to work to targets
  • Well organised and thorough
  • High levels of attention to detail and accuracy
  • A flexible, enthusiastic approach to teamwork and the ability to deal with an ever-changing environment
  • A genuine desire to work in Credit Control
