  • Customer Service Administrator

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Providing outstanding customer service and assisting customers with their queries via telephone and email
  • Resolving any customer care issues in a compassionate and timely manner
  • Booking in fittings using the company diary
  • Liaising with colleagues to ensure fittings are finished in the agreed timescale
  • Ensuring all administrative tasks are completed to a high standard and in line with compliance regulations
  • Accurately inputting data on to the company system

 

Experience and Skills required

  • Previous experience in an Administration role
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Able to prioritise own workload and handle multiple tasks at one time
  • Able to work as part of a team and remain calm under pressure
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft packages with competent IT skills
