Customer Service Brand Coordinator
£22000 - £25000
Commutable from Beverley, Goole, Driffield, Hull or Bridlington.
Hours 8am - 5pm Monday to Thursday 8am - 4pm Friday
(some flexibility will be required to work a maximum of 12 longer shifts over 6 weeks (2 shifts per week) throughout the year of 8am - 9pm) Your Friday hours will be reduced to 12pm - 4pm when you do a longer shift.
An established company based near Driffield is looking for a Customer Service Brand Coordinator to deliver a high level of Customer Service and build client relationships.
Initially office-based, working in a team of 4 and reporting to the Account Manager you will be dealing with retailers over the phone to ensure all customer requirements are met. As things change you will also get the opportunity to go out and meet your local clients to enable you to maximise business opportunities.
·Provide a high level of Customer Service at all times
·Regularly review customer performance, including price, payment history and financial security inclusive of credit control - prioritise the customer portfolio accordingly
·Work with Account Manager to agree promotional activities and seasonal sales plans
·Organise customer satisfaction surveys and monitor our CSAT score on a quarterly basis.
·Support Regional van drivers with marketing and delivery standards as well as offering a SOS delivery service for any missed orders to improve customer service and order fulfilment.
