Are you an experienced Customer Service Manager, looking for a new opportunity ?

The Opportunity

To join one of the worlds leading logistics businesses, as it continues its expansion within the newest part of its service provisions, 3PL warehousing operations. Based at its brand new facility, storing and distributing goods for its client, an instantly recognisable manufacturer of electrical goods.

With continual growth, strategically planned in this area of the business, the opportunity will provide considerable potential for extended career development.

Responsibilities

  • Create & manage challenging KPis to track and improve performance
  • Manage a Customer Services team in the fast paced world of 3rd Party Logistics 
  • Identify opportunities to deliver improvements through technology and automation
  • Create training plans and hold one to ones with team members
  • Produce clear and concise reporting documentation

You will need the following skills / experience

  • Customer Service Team Management experience, ideally within 3PLs, warehouses, and internal logistics teams.
  • People management skills.
  • Excel reporting, creation and analysis of KPI's and dashboards
  • Lead delivery of new operation set up, including recruitment & training
