Permanent

Location: Tadcaster

Salary: £10.80p/h

Hours: Monday 11am-7pm, Tuesday - Thursday 11am-3pm (19 hours)

Main Responsibilities

      Handling queries from Customers (Company's) including Hotels, Bars, Pubs, Restaurants etc.

Effectively listening and maintaining high levels of customer service

Accurately capture customer data on internal CRM systems.

Provide customers with high quality technical support to assist with their queries.

Experience and Skills required

      Previous experience within customer Service & some aspects of Administration is essential

Be computer confident

Have a desire to assist customers promptly and effectively.
