Location: Ilminster, Somerset

Assignment: Permanent contract

Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30am - 16:30pm & Friday 8:30am - 16:00pm

Pay: £29,000 per annum

Duties as a Customer Services Account Lead:

  • Focusing attention on allocated Customer Accounts and supporting partners
  • Gaining an understanding of your customers business
  • Manage an overall customer experience using project tools
  • Provide monthly business update to customers
  • Strive to improve customer experience
  • Attending customer review meetings in support of the Sales Department
  • Managing order processing, RMA's, concessions and quotes
  • Acknowledging delivery dates and advising customers of any changes
  • Attending customer meetings
  • Attending regular conference calls with customers
  • Working positively to develop good working relationships with colleagues and contracted personnel

      Experience of working with a customer facing environment

Result orientated

Flexible approach to working to deadlines

Attention to detail

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs

Experience of using ERP/MRP systems is desirable
