Customer Services Manager

£25-30K (maybe slightly over depending on experience)

Exeter

Full Time/Permanent

Monday to Friday 8am-5pm

Summary:

Our Client is seeking a dynamic, outgoing individual to lead their team of Customer Service Representatives. This is an opportunity to play a key role within the business, shaping their team and the company customer management processes, driving change, and delivering a first-class customer experience.

Key Responsibilities include:

-Develop effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards

-Work collaboratively with Transport and Business Development to maximise our customer service

-Ensure all customer complaints are resolved in a professional and timely manner, providing an escalation point for your team

-Recruit and train any new Customer Service team members to the required standards

-Stay informed of the latest waste and recycling industry techniques and methods impacting on Customer Services

-Ensure regular individual reviews and monthly team meetings are carried out on a consistent basis

Skills and Experience

-Essential to have demonstrable experience of managing a Customer Service team

-Strong communication Skills

-Be proactive with a real 'can-do' attitude.

-Solution Focused

-Strong Leadership skills and experience

-Advanced Microsoft Office skills

-Ideally have previous exposure to the Waste Management and Recycling industry
