The Firm

Hawk 3 Talent’s Legal Department are working with one of the fastest growing regional firms in the Midlands to secure a Head of Department in Employment Law to join them in Stourbridge. This is an incredible opportunity to join a firm which has constantly been in the legal news for their ethical practice and commitment to providing a living wage for all their staff.

The firm is looking to employ 100 additional members of staff over the next 12-18 months. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Employment Head of Department to grow a department in a reputable firm.

As well as their ethical stance they are accredited with Criminal Litigation, Conveyancing Quality, Wills and Inheritance quality, Personal Injury and Children Law.

The Role

This muti-office, regional firm in the midlands have huge plans for expansion. Due to recent growth, they need heavy hitting Senior Associates and Partners in Employment Law to join them.

This regional firm deeply care about the impact of unfair dismissal and provide bespoke legal advice depending on the nature of the requests. They cover the full spectrum of employment law ranging from redundancies and restructures to whistleblowing and equal pay.

Due to their ethical nature, employment law is predicted to be one of the biggest departments (aside from Property) in the coming years. This is a great opportunity for someone to come in and make it their own.
