We are recruiting for an Employment Partner to join this rapidly growing, regional Top 100 Law Firm in West Sussex.
Like their many other departments, this Top 100 Law Firm has a clear and practical way of delivering Employment law advice to its clients. This is done in a commercially minded fashion in a multi-faceted team of Solicitors, Associates and Partners. Many of these Employees originally worked in Industry so the firm provides a level of understanding which many others cannot.
They focus on TUPE, specialist HR support, trade union advice, restructuring and redundancy and of course employment disputes.
They have a medium sized team made up of nearly 25 Partners and many more Solicitors and act for clients in the sport, business services, engineering, and healthcare sectors.
- Employment Law Partner
- A background in a reputable regional, legal 500 or top 200 firm
- Experience in any core area of Employment Law
- An ambitious and forward-thinking individual looking to make a long-term career change.
- A client following is STRONGLY preferred for this position.
