The pandemic has created a large increase in enquiries and they are looking to strengthen and develop their employment team with the addition of an Employment Solicitor 4+ PQE.

The candidate will need to be comfortable dealing with clients and enquires on their own, as well as have the capability to do some business development to bring further work in down the line.

Role Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be an Employment Solicitor 3-4 PQE+ and have a reputable background in a High Street, Regional or Top 200 Law Firm.

They are led by an impressive Partner and deal with matters for both employer/employee, some of the work includes.

  • Recruitment process including contracts and offers
  • GPDR Policy
  • Confidential Information
  • Disciplinary proceedings
  • Settlements/Claims

On the employee side, you can expect a firm which will fight tooth and nail for its clients and always do their best to recover their fair legal costs from an employer/claim. Workload typically includes.

  • Compromise agreements/payments
  • Allegations of poor performance
  • Redundancy
  • Mistreatment or bullying
  • Change of terms imposed
