The Firm

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are working once again with a firm known for their excellent culture and high quality of work. This is a family run operation and they are well known across their offices in Stow-On-The-Wold, Bourton-On-The-Water and Moreton.

The firm has a history steeped in assisting the residents of The Cotswolds and their beautiful offices are one of the big selling points of the operation. They have kept their traditional buildings to keep in with the local aesthetic but as a result, require someone experienced to take the lead of Maintenance and repairs across several known issues.

This position works very closely with the firm's Practise Manager and Accounts Manager.

The Role

Hawk 3 Talent are working with a local hero firm in The Cotswolds for a Facilities and Maintenance Manager in Bourton-On-The-Water.

This is an extremely varied position split into Facilities, Maintenance, HR and IT.

The ideal candidate will have some experience in all these areas but candidates who have experience in Facilities and HR with basic knowledge of IT will also be considered. Preferred industries are Legal, Professional Services, Accounting, Finance, and Insurance. This role is also very suitable from Surveying or Estate Management.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to).

  • General office duties (office, car and PII renewal), Lender exchange and stationary audits and orders.
  • Maintenance issues such as guttering, lighting, roof repairs, damp, rubbish clear up, HVAC and heating
  • IT system work (including 1 st line/basic IT support and research into the changeover to cloud-based systems
  • Staffing issues such as holiday requests, complaints, recruitment, and ongoing issues with remote working
  • Further facilities work such as gas/electric/water, PAT testing and file storage issues
