Fulfilment Administrator - FMCG

6 Months Fixed-Term Contract

C £25,000 - Annual

Due to an unprecedented peak in supply, our premium-brand FMCG client are seeking a capable & driven Administrator for a 6 - month period (minimum), starting ASAP.

The Fulfilment Admin role will support Fulfilment by ensuring data and reporting are consolidated and reported accurately, initially in particular regarding staff deployment and hours worked.

This role will ensure that colleagues' hours are recorded correctly in the payroll system. Hours worked figures will need to be entered accurately and in the correct rows and columns of our IT system, referencing different rate tables matched to different employees. Comments will need to be included to correctly record holiday and absence, matched to attendance records. There is verification required and this role will work in collaboration with the shift management teams. This includes new pay rates for certain roles dependent on specific in-shift work allocations.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Essential

  • Experienced in general administrative duties
  • Confident IT user - IT literate and competent in Microsoft Office packages, with good working knowledge of Excel
  • Experience using computer databases and entry into computer systems.
  • Ability to process confidential information
  • Well organised - can work to deadlines, and can prioritise and manage time effectively

Desirable

  • Experience of processing weekly payroll
  • ADP or similar payroll software
  • Ability to work well under pressure and strict deadlines

Hours of work: 40 hours - Mon - Fri
