Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are proud to bring you a great vacancy for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or even a Licensed Conveyancer / Chartered Legal Executive to head up a growing department of 5 individuals in the Exeter area.

The Firm are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to act as Head of Department and lead a team of support staff and fee earners.
The role comes with an existing busy caseload of residential conveyancing matters and would require previous experience as a fee earner. Candidates with experience in developing and building their own network of clients using business development techniques would be preferred but is certainly not an essential aspect of the role.
Excellent communication skills and previous management experience are strongly preferred. The team needs a senior figure to lead them and for the right candidate, a stable career and development is on offer.
