Helpdesk Team Leader

I am looking to recruit an experienced Helpdesk Team Leader for my client who is a total facilities management solutions company. They have a range of well-established division within their company and we are looking to grow the Facilities Management Helpdesk.

The company have a family-owned feel and are very customer focused and want to be known as the North West leading Building Services and Facilities Management company everyone turns too.

The role of the Helpdesk Team Leader is a permanent position, and we welcome any applications form and a Helpdesk background to apply. The day-to-day roles of the Helpdesk Team Leader will be:

  • Supporting the team of helpdesk operatives with questions and enquiries
  • Being the first port of call for any escalations
  • Managing the KPI Performance for the Helpdesk Team to identify training needs
  • Reporting any issues to the Operations Team
  • Ensuring customers are being kept up to date with any jobs logged
  •  Being hands on the Helpdesk with answering the phone and emails

Ideally for the role of Helpdesk Team Leader you will have:

  • Experience of working in a fast paces customer services role
  • Knowledge of different CAFM management systems
  • Experience of dealing with client escalations
  • Experience of managing a team of people
  • Ideally form a building services or facilities management background
