Inbound Customer Service Executive
Hours: Monday – Friday- 09:00am- 17:00pm
Location: Leeds (LS16)
Salary: £20,000 + Generous Commission Scheme (With clear fast and achievable milestones leading to promotion and salary increase)

 

Overview:

Our client is on the lookout for a supportive individual to join their expanding team of Inbound Customer Service Executive, you will take responsibility and be first point for a portfolio of clients. You will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing a high level of customer service, managing customers queries.

Duties & Responsibilities of the Inbound Customer Service Executive:

  • Provide and deliver a high standard of level customer service to the portfolio of clients.
  • Take inbound calls from customers, resolving queries in a friendly and engaging manner.
  • Review and respond to customer emails and correspondence ensuring there is clear communication throughout.
  • Analyse and resolve customer issues in required time frame
  • Ensure customers are fully aware on how to use the systems.
  • Efficiently handle and update customer data and information.
  • Discuss and cross sell our full range of fleet products

Requirements for the Inbound Customer Service Executive:

  • Enjoy talking on the phone with a good telephone manner, and great communicator.
  • Organised with the ability to prioritise workload.
