Permanent
Location: Tadcaster
Salary: £21,000 + Bonus scheme
Hours: 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday.
Main Responsibilities
- Managing calls and inboxes in a quick manner
Raising 'new request' tickets
Handling all referrals and changes to schedules effectively
Liaising with customers to keep them up to date on their engineer visits.
Experience and Skills required
- Previous experience within a planning role (essential)
Have excellent customer service and great telephone manner
Be computer confident
Have a desire to assist customers promptly and effectively.
