Customer Service Centre Installation Planner

Full Time



£21,000 p.a.

Inclusive of pensionable salary and an estimated £1,000 p.a. discretionary incentive paid quarterly (subject to Company performance against targets).

Hours of Work: 35 hours per week covering from 9am to 5pm

This role will be a mixture of home and office working, a suitable area to work will be required

at the home location. All equipment will be provided.

Innserve is an established and independent outsource service provider that specialises in the supply, installation and maintenance of beer and soft drinks dispense systems. Innserve currently services over 80,000 licensed and non-licensed premises across all parts of England, Scotland and Wales.

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Customer Service Department for a CSC Installation Planner on a permanent basis.

As a successful applicant for this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day planning of surveys and installations with retailers. This will involve planning the work for technicians for a defined geographical area and will include anything from a couple of tap changes to large pub/restaurant refurbishments, stadia and events. You will be responsible for making sure technician resource is fully utilised while also making sure Service Level Agreements (SLA's) are achieved.

You will be confident communicating with customers, technicians, service providers and field management. You will understand the relationship between cost efficiency and quality of work and have a desire to succeed against all odds. You will be organised and self-motivated, being able to plan and work independently. Team working is essential so being a strong team player is a necessity to perform well in this role. You will be happy to assist and support colleagues around you and juggle your priorities to achieve team goals as well as personal ones.

An understanding of the licensed trade would be a distinct advantage but not essential.
