Maintenance Planner

Permanent Full Time Position, Tadcaster

 

• Full Training will be Provided

The Role:

  • Fully comprehensive training will be provided
  • Hours of work are average 36 hours per week, covering from 8am to 8pm, and inclusive on four weekend shifts in every ten weeks
  • Acting as a first point of contact for the companies technicians, team managers and customers.
  • Planning and organising their day to day activities such as maintenance or installation visits and speaking to the customer to ensure they are ready for the technician’s visit.
  • Working to agreed timescales to ensure work is completed by the expected date.

About You:

  • No previous experience needed – if you are organised and enjoy planning, you will succeed in this role.
  • You will be confident at communicating and able to form positive working relationships with technicians and customers alike.
  • Your organisational skills will be second to none as you will be responsible for planning work for numerous technicians and service providers around the country.
  • You will be able to work under pressure with constantly changing workloads and priorities is essential.
  • You will have the ability to work on your own initiative and be comfortable taking responsibility for the decisions that you make.
  • You will be a strong team player who wants to succeed.
  • An understanding of the licensed trade would be a distinct advantage but not essential.
