Maintenance Service Technician
Hours: 41 hours per week- Monday to Friday-  Permanent/ Full Time
Location: Wakefield (WF2)

Overview of the Maintenance Service Technician role:

Our client is an independent provider of technical services support to the UK hospitality industry. Working in close partnership with their UK customers, they look to ensure that the highest standard of customer service is delivered every time. Right now, they are looking for some outstanding Smart Dispense Customer Service team members to join the expanding team.

The Role for the Maintenance Service Technician:

As part of one of the regional teams you will be responsible for giving the Smart Dispense customers the very best customer service experiences every time. This will involve visiting a wide range of licensed premises every four weeks carrying out a detailed technical and quality health check of the Smart Dispense system, including a specialist clean of all of the dispense lines ensuring the continued great quality of dispense of the client portfolio. In addition, as your experience grows you may get involved in other technical services activities, broadening your knowledge of the technical services arena.

You don't have to have any previous technical experience in our industry or similar although if you do this will help in your development. Time will be invested to develop these practical skills with you. It's your customer service skills, determination to succeed and deliver a great customer experience with a positive can do attitude that is key.

Safety will be your number one priority, and you will actively contribute to the zero accident culture through leading by example and ensuring you deliver high standards of cleanliness and reliability when on customer's premises.

 

Anticipated earnings of £21,586.80 p.a. inclusive of pensionable salary and incentive scheme, with a potential for a further £1,650 p.a. in incentive available above this level for top performers.
