Location: Morley, Leeds. 

Salary: around £29,000p/a  

Working Hours: Monday – Friday (Office Hours 8.30am – 5.30pm)     

Main Responsibilities of the Office Manager  

  • Overlook a small team within an office environment, overlooking the co-ordinators, Customer service & admin team (stand alone role)
  • Be a pro-active point of contact for any escalations (service query or customer service complaint)
  • Handle the overall team management
  • Also be hands on with the general office needs including phone answering, email query handling and customer service.

Experience and Skills required

  • Previous experience in an office or customer service environment
  • Previously have staff members reporting directly into you.
  • Be proactive and have an approachable characteristic within the office
  • Be IT efficient
