Online Customer Serivice Executive 
Contract:
Permanent
Location: Leeds (LS9)
Salary: £20,000 - £24,000

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Answering inbound calls quickly and efficiently
  • Dealing with a high volume of email queries from customers, internal sales and 3rd party couriers to ensure they are responded to in a timely manner
  • Responding to customers via our website live webchat
  • Proactive reporting to customers regarding their orders or delivery issues.
  • Liaising with 3rd party couriers & suppliers
  • Take full ownership for all queries received, following through to resolution and ensuring customers are kept updated throughout
  • Ensure thorough and concise notes are recorded throughout query process to provide a great customer experience.

 

Experience and Skills required

  • Be hardworking, determined, confident, and ambitious with the drive to succeed.
  • Have a background in sales with a proven track record
  • Be customer-focused with the ability to listen to customer needs and respond to these appropriately. Good communicator.
  • Be an ambitious & confident individual.
  • Have a flexible approach to duties with a willingness to adapt and learn.
  • Have the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be familiar with Microsoft Office and email applications – computer skills are essential for this role.
