Production Operative - AM/PM, Monday-Friday, Permanent

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are proud to once again be working in partnership with Hotel Chocolat to recruit Production Operatives for their manufacturing site in Huntingdon.

Location: PE29 7HF

Salary: £10.14 per hour + £2 per hour attendance bonus until Christmas 2021

The role:

  • Working as part of a team, on a busy production line, producing high-quality chocolates
  • Ensuring high standards of hygiene & food safety
  • Rotating around the line and working on multiple stations, which will include the following tasks:
  • Placing moulds onto lines
  • Filling moulds
  • Emptying moulds
  • Measuring ingredients
  • Preparing mixes in accordance with instructions
  • Programming, operating and/or monitoring machinery
  • Hand decorating chocolates
  • Quality checking
  • Packing chocolates and boxing packed chocolates.

Skills & Experience sought:

  • Production line experience - Ideally food
  • Understanding of food safety and good hygiene practices
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to understand instructions & communicate in English
  • Good manual dexterity and fitness level (the role will require some lifting)
  • Eager to learn and progress with the company
  • Flexible - happy to work on multiple stations and complete a variety of tasks
  • Team player

Interviews for these positions take place every Thursday, between 9AM & 2PM.
