The pandemic has created a large increase in enquiries, and they are looking to strengthen and develop their employment team, property team and litigation as well. This position is one which has previously been covered by a Consultant, but now requires a permanent member of staff to join the team.
Candidates DO NOT need to be a Property Litigation expert but have experience in Property Litigation as part of their caseload.
The successful candidate will be a Property Litigation Solicitor 4-5 PQE+ OR a Dispute Resolution Solicitor with some good experience with Real Estate Litigation.
The team has a range of clients in a variety of sectors from SME's to national corporations in a variety of sectors. To be successful in this position you must be able to manage your own caseload independently.
You will be tasked with, providing accurate advice in relation to medium to high disputes, dealing contentious property matters such as commercial and residential lease renewals, boundary disputes and property related professional negligence.
