We are looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk/Accounts Assistant to join an established company based in Normanton. You will be reporting to the Accounts Manager.
Duties
- Matching, checking and coding invoices
- Payments on account
- Making payments via cheque
- Processing staff expenses
- Setting up of new supplier accounts
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Filing invoices
- Data Entry
- Dealing with any accounts queries
Skills/Knowledge/Experience
